Pedals
The Pedals subsystem is an integral part of the car, as it is the driver's primary interface for communicating with the car. A part of the Driver Controls system of the car, it is comprised of the brake, clutch, and throttle pedals. Each pedal corresponds respectively with its own subsystem of the car and allows for the successful operation of the car. When designing the pedal box, the driver's safety is paramount, and so all parts are designed with a sufficient factor of safety and sufficiently tested.
This year's pedals find a perfect harmony between weight reduction, serviceability, drivability, and safety, surpassing the team's 2020 design goals.

The image (right) depicts the new adjustability that has been designed into the pedals subsystem, which along with a new adjustable footrest allows for better technical driving, increases driver comfort, and ultimately makes the car safer to drive.
Business
As the business team lead, I am responsible for training members to professionally present technical details while conveying all important information in a succinct manner.

I am also responsible for organizing a new business model for the business presentation portion of the Formula SAE competition in Michigan.
Beyond training underclassmen to carry the mantle, we are currently waiting for the 2020 business prompt to begin preparations for competition.

Stay tuned for more information!
Sponsorship
As sponsorship lead I am responsible for raising money for the team, generating promotional materials, securing material and technical sponsorships, and shaping the public identity of the team.

Each of the pictures in this section are linked to sponsorship packets for the team and can be accessed by clicking on them.
Feel free to reach out to me with any interest!
My goal for this year is to refine the identity of the team, increase the frequency with which promotional material is published, and to get closer to a fully sponsored car.

We thank all past, present, and future sponsors, and I encourage you to learn more at fsae.cooper.edu!
